There's an old saying that one of the most useless things in aviation is a runway behind you. If the engine fails just after takeoff it would seem logical to try and turn back. This graphic attempted to outline some of the dangerous pitfalls in attempting just that. It was also an opportunity to draw the wonderful Bristol Bulldog inter-war RAF fighter
